Yoga Classes

Dance Glasgow West End | Tuesdays 6pm to 7pm | vinyasa

Studio 70 | Fridays 5.30pm to 6.30pm  | vinyasa

Studio 70 | Sundays 11.30am to 12.30pm | restorative

Flow through your week with a Vinyasa based class, suitable for all levels of experience. Options and modifications will be given to help you get the most out of your session, as well an inspiring playlist to get you moving on the mat. Alternatively, slow it down on a Sunday morning with a restorative class to set you up for the week ahead. 


Private Classes

Private sessions are available for both tap dance and vinyasa yoga. The one to one environment means you can work on areas that public classes might not focus on, particularly of benefit if working towards a specific goal or timeframe.  

Sessions are tailored to individuals/groups and prices are variable depending on location, time and requirements - just get in touch for more details.
